What we process

We process your email and sign-in identifiers, credit and order records, uploaded photos, generation settings, generated files, support messages and operational security records. We do not receive full payment-card numbers. Payment providers handle payment details through their hosted checkout.

Why and where data is processed

We use this information to authenticate your account, deliver requested creations, keep the credit ledger, handle payments, prevent misuse and answer support requests. Cloudflare hosts the application and database. Private media storage and AI processing are enabled with the providers disclosed for the live service; our delivery providers are Backblaze B2 and EvoLink. Google provides optional Google sign-in; Brevo delivers sign-in codes. The selected checkout provider processes payment information. Service providers may process data outside your country.

Photos and generated media

Photos are used to fulfil the requested generation. Necessary inputs are sent to the AI provider. Results are private to your account; we do not automatically post them in a public gallery. The site does not run its own face-recognition identity database. Our fictional public examples are separate from customer uploads.

Retention

Uploaded inputs are scheduled for removal after 7 days unless an unresolved task requires them. Generated results are scheduled for removal after 30 days; download files you wish to keep. Temporary drafts stay in your browser for up to 30 minutes. Essential order, tax, fraud and credit records may be retained longer where necessary for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. A legal preservation obligation can delay deletion of relevant records.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. A first-party browser identifier records necessary service and attribution events. Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity require your consent when enabled; you can change your choice in Cookie settings. Private account, payment, admin and result screens are excluded from session recording. Uploads, email codes, free-text prompts and signed download URLs must not be sent to optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the service.

Your requests

Email support@ai-tinydesk.com to request access, correction, deletion or assistance with your data. We may verify account ownership before acting. You can ask us to remove an upload or result before its normal expiry. Some records must remain for accounting, security or a legal claim. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive identity documents in an initial support message.
